Terms and Conditions for the “Get Your Offers” Prize Draw

Participation in the prize draw organized by repalogic GmbH is only possible under the conditions listed below.
By participating in the prize draw, the participant expressly agrees to these terms and conditions.

1. Organizer, Eligibility, Promotion Period

1.1. The organizer of the prize draw is repalogic GmbH, Otto-Meckler-Straße 12-2, 88605 Meßkirch, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

1.2. Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Germany who have reached the age of 18.

1.3. Employees of repalogic GmbH are excluded from participation.

1.4. This prize draw is not affiliated with Apple, Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or TikTok and is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by any of these platforms.

1.5. The prize draw takes place on a continuous monthly basis starting from January 2, 2026.
Each promotion period covers one full calendar month (participation deadline is the last day of the month at 11:59 PM).

2. Participation in the Prize Draw

2.1. Participation requires downloading the “Get Your Offers” app, successfully registering a user profile, and publishing content (“Deals”).

2.2. Participation is free of charge. Winner selection is based on the experience points (XP) collected within the respective calendar month in the user profile.

2.3. Only XP generated between the first and last day of the respective month will be considered.
XP from previous months will not be carried over for the current prize evaluation.

2.4. Multiple entries using different profiles are not permitted.
Each participant may win a maximum of one prize per month.

2.5. Participation via scripts, automated processes, or the creation of fake deals to artificially increase XP is prohibited.
The Organizer reserves the right to suspend profiles suspected of manipulation without prior notice and exclude them from the prize draw.

3. Determination of Winners, Prizes, Notification

3.1. Winners will be determined after the end of each calendar month.
The winners are the three participants with the highest XP increase during the completed month. 
In the event of a tie between two or more participants, the ranking will be determined by drawing lots.

3.2. The following prizes will be awarded each month:

  • 1st place: 1 × €50 voucher from a local shop

  • 2nd place: 1 × €20 voucher from a local shop

  • 3rd place: 1 × €10 voucher from a local shop

3.3. Winners will be notified by email within the first 7 business days of the following month.

3.4. If a winner does not respond within 7 days after the notification is sent, the prize claim will expire without replacement, and the prize will be awarded to the next-ranked participant.

4. Final Provisions

4.1. Cash payment, exchange, or modification of prizes is excluded.

4.2. Prizes are non-transferable.

4.3. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.
Legal recourse is excluded.

4.4. Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
