Description:

Offer approval for cliamed stores

When an offer is created for a claimed store, it must be approved by the store owner. Until the offer is approved, it is not visible to other users. Once the owner approves the offer, it becomes visible to all customers, allowing them to discover exciting offers.

Solution:

When a user creates an offer for another store (cliamed store), the offer stays pending until the store owner approves it

when you log in to the claimed store, the created offer appears as a community offer that needs approval from the store owner

When the store owner opens the community offers and naviagte to the update offer, they can review, edit, and approve it. Once approved, the offer goes live and is easily visible to everyone

Once the offer is approved, when you go back to the user account and check the offer, it appears under approved offers

  • Review the offer details carefully before approving
  • Update or correct the offer if needed before approval.
