Offer rejection for claimed stores

When a user submits an offer to your claimed store, you have the option to review it. If the offer does not meet your store’s requirements or is incorrect, you can reject it. Rejected offers will remain hidden and will not be visible to customers

Solution:

When you create an offer for another store, it appears in the Pending Approval section. The store owner can review the offer and can choose to remove it.

When you open an offer from the Community Offers section, the store owner can reject the offer by tapping the Reject icon.

While rejecting the offer, select a reason for the rejection and then tap Reject Offer. The offer will be rejected.

When an offer is rejected, it appears in the user’s account as a rejected offer. Tapping the info (i) icon shows the reason for the rejection.

Tips and Tricks:

  • Review the offer details carefully before rejecting it.

  • Check if the offer matches your store and products.

  • Select the correct rejection reason so the user understands why it was rejected.

  • Reject offers that have incorrect prices, images, or store details.

  • Avoid rejecting offers without a clear reason.
