The Get Your Offers (GYO) introductory offer gives new business owners a three-month free trial of premium features, including advanced growth tracking and unlimited image uploads. This guide explains how to find the offer, search for your store within a 50 km radius, and either claim an existing profile or register a new one to activate your subscription.

Solution:

  1. Open the promotional offer.

    Navigate to your GYO home screen and tap the "3 Months Free Trial" banner. Review the premium benefits on the details sheet and tap the "Claim Business" button.

  2. Search the local directory.

    Use the search bar on the next screen to find your business. The app will display results within a 50 km radius of your selected location in real time

  3. Select or Create Your Store

    If you see your business, tap its card. If it is unclaimed, the app will load your pre-filled details. If your business is not found, tap the "Register Business" button on the empty state screen to open a blank form.

  4. Submit Your Store Details

    Verify your pre-filled data or enter your new store information into the empty form. Tap the "Register Store" button to confirm your submission

  5. Authenticate Your Account

    If you are not already logged into the app, you will be redirected to the login screen. Complete the sign-up or login process to automatically return to the flow.

  6. Activate the Introductory Subscription

    Select the promotional plan on the subscription screen and tap the purchase action button to finalise your store claim and activate your free trial.
